10. Dikembe Mutombo

We’ve all heard the cliche that defense wins championships, but it wasn’t so in Mutombo’s case. He is one of the best, if not the best, defensive big man to play the game. He was the defensive player of the year FOUR times throughout his 18 year career, and although his offense was never at an elite level, his defense always made him a force on the floor. He made it to the finals in 2001 and 2003, with Philadelphia and New Jersey, respectively. Philadelphia wanted him to defend big men such as Duncan and Shaq out West, but that wasn’t enough for the 76’ers to beat the vaunted Lakers. He will always be remembered for his stellar defensive play and trademark finger wag. Click the page numbers to check them out

Good list, but the lakers didn’t sweep AI in ’01. He put up insane numbers and won game one on the road. Remember? He hit that step back and stepped over Tyronn Lue? Either way, good job!

I think that a couple of players that are missing are George Gervinho and Betnard King. Try would replace Reggie Miller and Allen over son. Also please follow my Twitter and Instagram accounts: @NBABrothers
