10) Brevin Knight
Team(s): Cavs, Hawks, Bobcats, Wizards, Suns, Jazz, Clippers, Bucks, Grizzlies
Despite playing for 9 teams during his 12 years in the NBA, Knight was known as a solid and consistent leader. He finished top-10 in assists over four seasons and top-10 in steals for three.
Some of his best years were late in his career with the newly formed Bobcats, who received Knight through their 2004 expansion draft. He was one of their best during the 2004–05 NBA season, averaging 10.1 points, 9 assists, and 1.98 steals per game. Knight finished second in assists per game in the NBA that season, behind Steve Nash. That season he also added himself to the list of NBA players with the most assists in a game, with 20 against the Cavs. This was the second time he’d achieve this feat; ironically, the first was with the Cavs in 1997.
